UPDATE: Senate passed HB1110 on second reader 4/5
Heartfelt gratitude to Chairwoman Joan Carter Conway and all the members of the Senate EHEA Committee for holding a public hearing on HB1110 and voting favorably to move it forward in the Senate.We are one step closer to gaining the critical protections our children need in school, thanks to their leadership.
It was a unanimous vote.
The bill will be read on the floor today; a vote from the full body of the Senate is expected today or tomorrow. Updates will be posted on Twitter, and on this page.
